Abstract
We demonstrate an attosecond one-photon photoconductive switch by injecting conduction band carriers in dielectrics using vacuum-ultraviolet light pulses. Femtosecond pulse-driven currents reveal intra- and inter-band conduction band carrier dynamics. (C) 2020 The Authors
