Abstract

In summer 2022 the first update of the German interdisciplinary S3 guideline for the diagnostics, treatment, and follow-up of patients with endometrial cancer was published (AWMF 032/034-OL 2.0). This article is the summary of Chap. 2: Diagnosis, early screening, imaging and pathology. It is a clinically orientated short version of this chapter. The recommendations for the early screening, diagnosis, imaging, and pathological examination of endometrial cancer are presented.
