Abstract

I analyze the proposals of Project 1619, connected with Critical Race Theory (CRT). I show that its postulates are pseudoscientific, more akin to esoteric fantasizing than to any rational or scientific methodology. I will motivate an objective point of view, which does not want to see the world through ideological lenses. I argue that the proposition of Project 1619 is fallacious, since looking at it with methods of philosophy of science, I will show that it is not possible to falsify it.
