Abstract
In the area of the knee traction apparatus the rupture of the ligamentumpatellae is extremely seldom. The injury represents an absoluteindication for surgery. End-to-end suture, suture securing by wireframing and four tilsix weeks occlusive dressing are parts of therapy.
