Abstract

Given a compact, connected Lie group G and a compact, connected Lie subgroup K defined by an automorphism of G, we show that the isotropy action of K on G/K is equivariantly formal and that (G, K) is a Cartan pair. (C) 2015 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
