Majety, Vinay Pramod und Scrinzi, Armin (2017): Absence of electron correlation effects in the Helium attoclock setting. In: Journal of Modern Optics, Bd. 64, Nr. 43414: S. 1026-1030

Abstract

Using the hybrid anti-symmetrized coupled channels method [Majety V.P.;et al. New J. Phys. 2015, 17, 063002], we calculate photoemission spectra from Helium in an elliptically polarized near infrared pulse. We conclude that electron correlation has no impact on the direction of peak emission and therefore cannot explain discrepancies found between calculated and measured offset angles in an attoclock setting. The fully quantum calculations were made possible by exploiting angular preponderance rules in near-circular polarized light.
