Abstract
In this work, the notion of community in political philosophy is discussed by looking over several authors. Different proposals are analyzed. We discuss positions from postmodern philosophy, as well as proposals from communitarianism, liberlism and libertarianism. At the end, it will be argued in favour of a libertarian approximation.
