Abstract
The article first calls to mind that in the Reformation tradition, »Bildung« has become a guiding principle for the education and professionalism of the clergy, where the independent capacity for overview and action of the clergy should be achieved. Under the present circumstances, however, concrete considerations are needed for the practical implementation of the educational idea during training. The article advocates an understanding of education as a habitualized way of problem-oriented thinking and tries to define normative prescriptions for the form of reflection that must be practised to achieve its goal.
