Abstract
Counting Church Services: Results of a Study on Church Attendance. A survey on all church services and figures of attendance for a whole region of the Protestant parishes in Southern Germany produced new data. Whereas the typical church statistics are solely based on attendance at a few selected Sunday services and the Christmas Eve service, here the significance of services beyond those on Sunday mornings becomes obvious also regarding the quantitative dimension
