Abstract
Childhood dysarthria is a common disorder. However, specific assessment tools are scarce. The current paper illustrates challenges related to the assessment of childhood dysarthria and introduces assessment materials that allow for the elicitation of standardized speech samples from children with dysarthria in a child-oriented and motivating way. Thus, it provides the basis for comprehensive auditory-perceptual analyses.
