Abstract

Krisen, Notfälle, Störungen oder gar Katastrophen beeinträchtigen den Ablauf, die Produktion von Unternehmen und erschüttern die Mitarbeiterinnen z. T. nachhaltig. Die Auseinandersetzung mit der Thematik ist komplex und vielschichtig und mit Ängsten besetzt. Um eine integrierte Notfallplanung zu entwickeln, die sowohl präventiv als auch im Ereignisfall umgesetzt werden kann, ist es notwendig, dies prozessorientiert und systemisch anzugehen. Eine Ist-Stand-Analyse und eine externe Beratung sind dafür hilfreich und zielführend. Im vorliegenden Aufsatz wird an Hand eines Beispiels der sinnvolle Einsatz von GABEK® in der Unternehmensberatung im Bereich Krisen- und Notfallmanagement dargestellt.

Abstract

Extreme occurencies leave lasting impressions: in a company/at a workplace and witb people. This topic is complex and the employees are often shocked. To develop an integral emergency planning System, that is preventive and can be used in the case of emergency it is necessary to do this process-oriented and systemic. Status-Quo-Analysis and external Consulting are helpful and conducive. I discuss in this paper the reasonable using of GABEK® for Consulting in the field of crisis- and emergency-management.
